Mar De Jade 2026 – Nightlight Astrology Year 4

1 . Refund Policy:

1.1: Due to the nature of this event, refunds are limited. Please consider your needs before enrolling in the course.

1.2: Places for this course cannot be booked directly via Mar De Jade; all participants are required to book and pay for their place via the official Nightlight Astrology website.

1.3: Your place on the course and within the Mar De Jade resort is only finalised once all payments have been completed. If you have chosen a payment plan option, please note that the $500 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please do not book a place on this course if you believe that your financial situation cannot support your purchase.
Guests will be entitled to a full refund minus $500 per person administrative cancellation fee with notice at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No exceptions. At 59 days before the scheduled arrival, no refund can be made. This is due to the conditions set by Mar De Jade.

1.4: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your place to a future retreat.

1.5: We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers both trip cancellation and medical emergencies.

2. Course description:

2.1: Your finalised booking places you on the week-long intensive Year 4 Nightlight Astrology course, hosted by Adam and Ashley Elenbaas, within the beautiful location of the Mar De Jade resort on the Pacific coast of Mexico. This week will include 30 hours of class time, as well as optional yoga, meditation, and excursions. Please note that excursions will require a separate payment upon arrival at the resort.
2.2: This retreat involves self-inquiry, reflection, and astrological learning. While these tools can be transformative, they are not a substitute for therapy or professional advice. By attending, you acknowledge that your experience may be emotionally challenging at times, and you take full responsibility for your own process.


3. Getting to the Resort:

3.1: Flights are not included in this price; it is your responsibility to book and pay for your flights to and from the Mar De Jade resort. The airport closest to the resort is Puerto Vallarta (PVR).

3.2: Transfers from Puerto Vallarta airport can be arranged at certain times of the day. Once your flight is booked, please notify us of your flight number, and we will liaise with the resort to arrange a time when their shuttle bus service is available to transfer you to and from the airport, there is a cash fee for this service payable to the driver. Please see 9.2 below.

4. Course Withdrawal:

4.1: If you wish to withdraw from the course, please submit a written request to info@nightlightastrology.com as soon as possible. Please note the cancellation policy and non-refundable deposit.

5. Health and well-being:
5.1: Please inform us of any relevant physical limitations or mental health conditions that may impact your experience. If you have any physical limitations, please let us know at the time of your enrolment so we can place you in a room with access that will suit your needs. Providing us with these details will allow us to best serve you, your safety, and comfort.
5.2: You are responsible for your own well-being throughout the retreat. The facilitators are not medical professionals and do not provide medical or psychological care.

5.3: If you have any dietary needs or food sensitivities or allergies please let us know when you enroll in the course. We will do our best to accommodate all food and dietary requirements.
5.4: Participation in all activities is voluntary. You are encouraged to honour your own boundaries at all times.


6. Respectful Space:

6.1: We at Nightlight cultivate a supportive, non-judgmental environment for astrological exploration and personal insight.
6.2: Disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour towards facilitators or fellow participants will not be tolerated and they result in being asked to leave the retreat without refund.
6.3: Confidentiality is expected. What is shared in a circle stays in the circle.
6.4: We kindly request that participants treat the venue, its staff, and its natural surroundings with care and respect.

6.5: Please Note: This is a sober/dry event; we ask all participants to adhere to the request of no alcohol or drugs to be consumed throughout the entirety of the event.

7. Photography and Media
7.1: We may occasionally take photographs for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please let us know in advance.
7.2: No photographs, video or audio recording is permitted during sessions unless explicitly agreed by all present.

8. Certification:
8.1: Students are given one year from the end of their course to complete the certification exam.
8.2: Certification from Nightlight Astrology is not intended to endorse recipients to practice as a therapist, counsellor, or life coach, or to indicate fitness to give “spiritual” advice to others. Certification only indicates that you have demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the subject matter covered in the Nightlight Astrology course.

9. Resort Information

9.1: What is included: Full access to all resort facilities includes the Spa, swimming pools, jacuzzi, guest lounge, beach areas with hammocks and free wifi throughout the property. Three meals a day, special diets can be accommodated. Please advise on booking. The resort specialises in sourcing local produce, much of which is from their own organic farm, and meals are prepared in-house. Drinks from the bar are not included in the price; this is a sober event, and no alcohol will be served.

9.2: What is not included: Ground Transport to and from the airport can be arranged with Mar De Jade, which is an approximately 90 minute drive, but guests will need to pay the shuttle service directly in CASH. Anyone arriving during "off hours" must make their own booking and take a taxi, paying $170 cash. Please advise us of your flight information as soon as you have booked your flight so that we can advise the resort of your arrival times and departures.

A trusted local company provides transportation, and rates are based on how many people share the van (up to 10 per vehicle): One-way shuttle rates (USD, per person):

1 person – $190
2 people – $95 each
3 people – $65 each
4 people – $55 each
5 people – $50 each
6 people – $45 each
7 people – $40 each
8–9 people – $35 each
10 people – $30 each

Prices may change without notice; payment is made in cash directly to the driver.

To arrange shuttle service, we must receive your flight information at least 1 month in advance. You will receive your final transportation confirmation about two weeks before the retreat. We recommend booking arrival and departure flights between 1–4 PM to allow for travel time and time zone differences (the retreat centre is one hour behind Puerto Vallarta time).

9.3: Excursions are operated by local co-ops, and availability and rates are subject to change. These are not included in the retreat pricing. Excursions range in cost from
$25 - $60 per person. Guests should bring CASH and be prepared to pay their tour guides directly. If you would like to join a group excursion, we encourage you to let us know in advance so we can coordinate. However, guests are also welcome to sign up for excursions at the front desk upon arrival. Full details and timing will be available in your welcome packet at check-in.

9.4: Spa Treatments, including Massages, Craniosacral, and Facials, are available. Prices range from $95 - $150.
9.5: Excursion options include: Snorkelling, Whale Watching, Fishing, Hiking, Visit to Ancient Petroglyph site, Visit to local Market, Surfing and Spanish Lessons. But please note that these trips will need to be taken outside of the class tuition periods.
