1 . Refund Policy:

1.1: Due to the nature of this event, refunds are limited. Please consider your needs before enrolling in the course.

1.2: Places for this course cannot be booked directly via Mount Olivet; all participants are required to book and pay for their place via the official Nightlight Astrology website.

1.3: Your place on the course and within the Mount Olivet resort is only finalised once all payments have been completed. If you have chosen a payment plan option, please note that the $500 booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please do not book a place on this course if you believe that your financial situation cannot support your purchase.
1:4: Because we begin making financial commitments well in advance of the retreat, the following cancellation policy applies:
• More than 180 days before the retreat: You will receive a refund of all payments made except the $500 non-refundable booking fee.
• Between 180 and 91 days before the retreat: You will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid beyond the $500 deposit.
• 90 days or fewer before the retreat: No refunds will be issued.
If your place can be filled from a waitlist, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund beyond this policy, less any administrative or processing fees.

1.5: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund if before 180 days or a transfer of your place to a future retreat after 179 days before the event.

1.6: We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage, as we cannot make exceptions for illness, travel disruptions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Course description:

2.1: Your finalised booking places you on the week-long intensive Year 4 Nightlight Astrology course, between the 7th – 13th of August 2027. This event is hosted by Adam and Ashley Elenbaas at the serene Mount Olivet Retreat Centre, just outside Minneapolis. This week will include 30 hours of class time, as well as optional yoga and meditation.

2.2: This retreat involves self-inquiry, reflection, and astrological learning. While these tools can be transformative, they are not a substitute for therapy or professional advice. By attending, you acknowledge that your experience may be emotionally challenging at times, and you take full responsibility for your own process.

3. Getting to the Resort:

3.1: Flights and travel are not included in this price; it is your responsibility to book and pay for your travel. If you are flying into Minneapolis, the nearest airport is Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP)

3.2: Transfers to and from the airport to Mount Olivet will be at your cost, and arrangements must be made by you.

3.4: Commuter passes give you access each day to the retreat centre and three meals. Commuter pass DO NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION OR DAILY TRANSFERS. If you are booking a commuter pass, you will need to organise your own accommodation and transfers daily to the centre. Please see section 9.
4. Course Withdrawal:

4.1: If you wish to withdraw from the course, please submit a written request to info@nightlightastrology.com as soon as possible. Please note the cancellation policy and non-refundable deposit.

5. Health and well-being:

5.1: Please inform us of any relevant physical limitations or mental health conditions that may impact your experience. If you have any physical limitations, please let us know at the time of your enrolment so we can place you in a room with access that will suit your needs. Providing us with these details will allow us to best serve you, your safety, and comfort.

5.2: You are responsible for your own well-being throughout the retreat. The facilitators are not medical professionals and do not provide medical or psychological care.

5.3: If you have any dietary needs, food sensitivities, or allergies, please let us know when you enrol in the course. We will do our best to accommodate all food and dietary requirements.

5.4: Participation in all activities is voluntary. You are encouraged to always honour your own boundaries.


6. Respectful Space:

6.1: We at Nightlight cultivate a supportive, non-judgmental environment for astrological exploration and personal insight.

6.2: Disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour towards facilitators or fellow participants will not be tolerated and will result in being asked to leave the retreat without a refund.

6.3: Confidentiality is expected. What is shared in a circle stays in the circle.

6.4: We kindly request that participants treat the venue, its staff, and its natural surroundings with care and respect.

6.5: Please Note: This is a sober/dry event; we ask all participants to adhere to the request of no alcohol or drugs to be consumed throughout the entirety of the event.

7. Photography and Media

7.1: We will have our professional videographer on site who will occasionally take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please let us know in advance.

7.2: No photographs, video or audio recording is permitted during sessions unless explicitly agreed by all present.

8. Resort Information

8.1: What is included: Access to all resort facilities includes the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, guest lounge, grounds and free wifi throughout the property. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. This is a sober event, and no alcohol will be served.

8.2: Transport to and from the airport to Mount Olivet is not provided. You will need to arrange your own transfers both ways.

8.3: Check-in to the hotel is 3 pm; check-out is 10 am.

8.4: Lost keys will be charged at $50

8.5: Supper will be provided on the 7th of August. Breakfast, lunch and supper will be provided on the 8th – 12th and breakfast on the 13th of August. Please advise ahead of the retreat of any allergies or dietary requirements. Mount Olivet has specified that, although they work to ensure all allergies are catered for, they disclaim responsibility for any allergic reactions on site during your stay.

8.6: Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all buildings at Mount Olivet.

8.7: There are no lifeguards supervising the pool. You are required to shower before entering the swimming pool. Swimming costumes must be worn. No food, drink or glassware are to be brought into the pool area.

8.8: Any damages to your room or the Mount Olivet resort are your responsibility to pay directly to the centre.

9. Commuter rates

9.1: If you are joining us with the commuter rate, you will need to arrange your own accommodation and transfer to and from Mount Olivet every day. Nightlight Astrology will not book or arrange accommodation or transfers; this is solely your responsibility.

9.2: This is a week-long program and so to complete the retreat, you will need to attend each day. Our first session will be on Friday evening, the 7th of August, and our last session will be on Thursday, the 12th of August.

9.3: The closest hotels to the retreat are as follows. Nightlight Astrology offers these as options; we do not endorse any hotel. Booking with these companies is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions. You will need to arrange transport to the Mount Olivet Retreat Centre each day.
